"body": "Between March 30 and April 13, a configuration issue prevented email notifications from firing for monitors on our Legacy EU infrastructure (not EU edge deployment). Monitor evaluation was functioning correctly during this period \u2014 monitors were being evaluated and other notification channels were unaffected \u2014 but email delivery through our email provider was misconfigured for the EU region.\n\nThe issue has been resolved. Email notifications are now firing correctly for all EU monitors. If you believe you missed critical email alerts during this window, we recommend reviewing your monitor history in the Axiom dashboard.\n\nWe apologize for the disruption and are putting safeguards in place to prevent similar issues in the future.",

"body": "We have identified and resolved issues with monitor processing in the EU region\n\nSome of our EU customers could have experienced monitor processing issues.\n\nDuring this period, gaps in alerting were a possibility due to instability issues caused by underlying scaling issues. Monitoring systems in other regions remained operational. \n\nThe issue was identified and resolved on Sunday evening, and all monitoring services in the EU region have since been fully restored.\n\nTo prevent similar issues in the future, we have added automated configuration validation, expanded deployment checks for regional dependencies, and introduced enhanced monitoring of our monitoring layer itself.\n\nWe apologise for the disruption this caused. The issue is now fully resolved, and monitoring and alerting in the EU region are operating normally.",
