"body": "## Incydr Gov Only\n\nOn July 8 2026 21:00UTC, the service cluster responsible for managing exfiltrated files in our Incydr Gov environment experienced an outage. During the outage, users were unable to download previously captured exfiltrated files from the Incydr console, and the Incydr agent was unable to upload newly captured files to the service. Alerts that rely on file content based risk indicators for exfiltrated file activity would not have been generated during this period.\n\nMimecast Engineering identified and resolved the underlying issue on July 13, 2026, and confirmed the service was fully restored as of 15:00UTC\n\nWe are reviewing Incydr agent behavior during extended service interruptions to ensure captured files are reliably retained and delivered once service is restored, and we are adding additional monitoring to detect this class of issue more quickly going forward.\n\nPlease reach out to your Mimecast representative with any questions.",

"body": "At 21:35 UTC on March 23, 2026, an engineering change was released to all Incydr production environments. This change caused a temporary outage of Incydr services. During the service outage, users were able to authenticate to the Incydr console, but all features and functionality were unavailable. \u00a0\n\nIncydr agents that had already established communication with the Incydr cloud prior to the outage were not affected. A subset of agents that established a connection during the outage may have experienced a monitoring gap of up to six hours.\u00a0\n\nMimecast Engineering teams identified the issue and worked to restore services.
